Payments:

All services require advance payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made via online website, invoice or mobile device. We request a 48 hour notice when booking to ensure proper coverage. Last minute bookings are allowed and subject to availability. Payments are nonrefundable.

Normal Day Cancellations:

All services require a 24hour cancellation notice prior to scheduled visits, walks or shuttling. A $25.00 cancellation notice will apply for same day or no call cancellations. No refunds allowed as timeslot was held and planned accordingly.

Holiday Cancellations:

All services require a 14day cancellation notice prior to scheduled visits, walks or shuttling during the Holiday season. A $25.00 cancellation notice will apply for late or no call cancellations. No refunds allowed as timeslot was held and planned accordingly.

Holidays Include:

3 Days during or leading up to: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (4 days), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather:

To ensure the safety of all passengers, the company reserves the right to cancel operations in the event of inclement weather. Weather updates and traffic alerts will be monitored closely during days of inclement weather. All customers will be notified of any schedule changes. New schedule arrangements will be made by the company accordingly.
